About us - Why did we set up SOSA?
Welcome to SOSA - Salsa on Sun/Sat Afternoon, where friendship, fun, and community come together. We are dedicated to bringing back the joy of social dancing and fostering meaningful connections among our new & old members, and for members who have created a new family to join us while sharing their passion with their new members in their household.
At SOSA, we believe that dancing is not just about the steps; it's about building friendships, creating memories, and experiencing the sheer exhilaration of moving to the rhythm of the music. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or a beginner, our club offers a warm and inclusive environment where everyone is welcome to join in the fun.
What sets us apart is our commitment to building a tight-knit community of dance enthusiasts who share a passion for music, movement, and laughter. We host social events, workshops, and themed parties where members can mingle, make new friends, and let loose on the dance floor. Whether you're looking to meet new people, de-stress after a long day, or indulge in your love of dance, SOSA is the place to be.
We are dedicated to working as a non-profit-driven group to find the best opportunities to help local studios, artists, and musicians grow the Asia Latin community and culture, all profit made will be used to reinvest into better facilities and supporting Singapore Scene allowing all dancers, artists and related business owner to have a common space to build the community.

Dancers & Musician
We invite both new and retired dancers to come back and reignite the passion that brought us all together! Let’s make this event a celebration of energy, talent, and fun. Your presence will inspire the community and help create an unforgettable atmosphere at the venue!
Artists & Instructors
We need more talented Salsa artists and instructors to step up and inspire both students and performers! Your involvement will spark excitement and bring the fun back into Salsa, creating a vibrant atmosphere that encourages everyone to join in and celebrate the rhythm together!
